Shipping Delivery

All Lanamade shipments are dispatched from South Korea, with our products being delivered to over 50 countries worldwide. Once your order is confirmed, we will recommend the most suitable shipping method. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days. We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Professional Courier (for Russia), though timelines may be affected by logistics conditions in the destination country. Please note that this estimate excludes delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political issues, or customs clearance delays.

Once your order has shipped, you can track it by logging in with your email ID and password. A tracking number will be generated, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress. If delivery is delayed by more than 10 days, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or your local logistics provider directly. Delays may occur due to documentation or qualifications required for customs clearance and taxes, which are based on the destination country’s tax regulations.
