- The terms outlined here form the basis of the agreement between the seller and the buyer regarding the sale of products, overriding any other terms or conditions, including standard purchase terms from the buyer or any terms the buyer might assert in purchase orders, order confirmations, or other documents.
- All product orders are regarded as offers from the buyer to purchase products from the seller based on these terms.
- Acceptance of the products upon delivery will be deemed sufficient evidence of the buyer’s agreement to these terms.
- This document constitutes the entire agreement between the seller and the buyer and takes precedence over any previously issued terms or agreements.
4. Pricing
The total price will be the amount specified in the seller's webshop confirmation. This price excludes any delivery charges, which will be provided separately based on the individual order.
5 . Payment Terms
The buyer agrees to settle all invoices in full and relinquishes any right to set-off or counterclaim concerning any invoices issued by the seller.
6 . Product Information- The quantity and description of the products must align with the details provided in the seller’s order confirmation.
- The product descriptions, quantities, and images displayed on the online store are for reference purposes only. While we strive to provide comprehensive information, minor discrepancies may occasionally occur.
- To ensure authenticity, each product comes with detailed information about the production facility, including an email address, phone number, and the location of manufacture. This allows customers to easily verify the authenticity of their purchased items.
- Medical Disclaimer: We strongly recommend that only trained, licensed professionals use the products provided. As we do not have access to customers' medical histories or health conditions, we cannot offer usage or management instructions for medical devices or aesthetic products. For any questions or concerns regarding product use, we advise consulting with a medical professional. Please note that Lanamade is not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions caused by improper use of the products.
7. Warranty
The seller assures that the products will conform to the description provided in the order confirmation at the time of delivery.
8. Product Delivery
- Delivery will occur according to the terms agreed upon prior to shipment and will be sent to the buyer’s designated address on their account. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place to receive the goods on the specified delivery date provided by the seller.
- A separate email including the tracking number will be sent to the buyer. The customer is required to track their box upon delivery and be present at home to sign and accept the things.
- All items pass the customs inspection process and are in perfect condition.
- If the product has to be released and customs is keeping it for further inspection, you will be informed.

- We would like to inform you that any online purchases you make from foreign websites are subject to import tax. Because of this, your purchases from Lanamade may fall under a specific category and require you to pay taxes, depending on your jurisdiction. Please be aware that the price of your order from us does not include taxes.
- The poisons are contained in a polystyrene box with ice packs. Even if the ice packs melt in transportation, the temperature will remain below 8°C because the packaging is airtight and well-insulated. This temperature is bearable for seven or eight days. Throughout the summer, items may arrive in warm or even blistering conditions, even with proper packaging. Our knowledge and the outcomes of the tests suggest that the product's efficiency may drop by 10%. We do not accept returns or refund requests for items that are too hot. Please complete the transaction as you see fit.
- If you want to submit a claim for missing merchandise, you must have a video of your unpacking process.
- If your package hasn't arrived yet, we advise you to adhere to these guidelines.
- To follow the package, please use the tracking number you were given.
- You should get in touch with your local carrier right once if the logistics website shows that your shipment is at the pickup place. If the product is ready for the customer to pick up at the pickup place and has been returned, but the receiver still needs to do so, we do not offer any compensation.
- If, for legitimate reasons, you are unable to track your package for at least three days following the shipment date, please email us at info@lanamade.com.
- As soon as we receive an email, we shall request that the logistics department investigate your package.
- Vital! There may be a two-week probe. Your matter can only be moved forward with after the 14-day period.
9. Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns
- We don't begin the refund, return, or replacement process until the following circumstances are met:
- I was sent the wrong thing.
- Product Not Listed in Order Incorrect Item
- The problem has to be notified thirty days after the delivery date. After this point, if no concerns are brought up, the deal will be formally closed.

- Customers may receive a refund if they get in touch with us to return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of merchandise as long as it is in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. We won't cover the return shipping expenses. If you accept, we will provide you with the return address.
10. How can I receive a refund if the product doesn't work as promised?
Because Lanamade has recently received a number of bogus requests for refunds and replacements, please be advised that all products supplied on the website are intended solely for use by medical professionals. If an untrained or unskilled person utilizes Lanamade items incorrectly or improperly, Lanamade disclaims all liability regarding the performance of its products, as this could result in unfavorable outcomes and performance. To initiate a refund, Lanamade requires a comprehensive video recording of the client unpacking and using the goods. This helps to verify the customer's claim and identify the source of the problem. In the event that a video recording is not provided, there is no recompense possible.
11. Receive a faulty item
Every item is wrapped with care before leaving our warehouse. Regretfully, we are powerless to control shipping companies and cannot issue a refund in the event that the packing is damaged for any reason. If you receive a damaged shipment, the contents within the box still need to be returned, but it does not count as a damaged item. Consequently, there isn't a refund, store credit, or replacement. Only damaged products that are still in their original packaging are eligible for claims.
12. Getting hold of a broken or damaged saline
- We will send you a free bag of saline if you order any products that need to be mixed with saline. However, there's a danger that the salt packet will break, disappear, or get damaged during traveling. In order to promote the usage of products that need saline mixing, you are giving up free saline. Having said that, we neither replace any lost, broken, or damaged vials nor reimburse the money using saline as a credit to your account. Saline is readily available at pharmacies; you can get it online or from your local pharmacy. We will either reship the saline with your next order or refund the difference as store credit if it is broken, missing, or would cost more than $3 to reship. This is due to the high cost of just reshipping saline. Nonetheless, we will work tirelessly to prevent this through appropriate packaging. If it does happen, we kindly beg for your understanding.

13. Product Acceptance
- The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products 24 hours after they are delivered to them.
- The buyer shall, as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, examine the products carefully and tell the seller in writing or by voice of any defects that could have been noticed on the day of delivery.
- Only when the consumer has accepted or is assumed to have approved the item will the buyer be able to receive items that adhere to this statement.
14. Title And Potential Danger
- The buyer bears all risks when making a purchase via the website.
- The risk is transferred upon delivery of the goods to the buyer's address.
- The products will be stored or tagged to guarantee that they are always recognized as the seller's property. The buyer will keep the things as bailed for the seller until the title passes.

- The review section for every product will feature pictures and videos that you have graciously shared with us.
- Videos and photos that have been shared can be utilized as marketing tools and as material for social media posts. The eye area of the image will be hidden.
- To upload your review, you must agree to our terms. We do not provide you any advance notice when we use and publish your images or videos.
